| This bill will help disadvantaged farmers keep their land. The articles are: 1. If a land owner is in danger of losing his/her land; they can go to their nearest Agricultural Department Building and request to turn their land into a collectivized farm land. 2. Land owners who request to make their land a collectivized farm land will gain $5,000 per acre. 3. Land owners who want to make a collectivized farm must let at least 10 farmers per 3 acres work on their land. 4. Land owners must also give the farmers on the collectivized farm adequate housing, food, and clothes. 5. Land owners will keep 35% of the profit gained from the collectivized farm. 6. Land owners/farmers that are about to lose their land also have the ability to merge into a collectivized farm with other farmers near their land instead of making a collectivized farm with people who have no current work (the non-merge choice are articles 1-5) |
