Article I: All citizens will be official registered as a member of the "Terra Patriarka Eklezio de Zardugalio" (Terran Patriarchal Church of Zardugal) or The Church, unless they register with a different faith or unregister themselves.

Article II: The registered members of the The Church, the recognized State Church of Zardugal, shall pay a church tax of no more than 1.5% taxable income.

Article III: These funds will collected from EXISTING income tax of the State and deposited to the State Church. If a citizen wishes their 1.5% of income to be deposited in another recognized religion in Zarduguese, they may specify on their registration form.

Article IV: Those who are not registered to The Church will see their funds deposited in State coffers for state purposes.
