Description[?]:

Article 1
There shall be a Popular Revolutionary Tribunal in each settlement with a population of more than 50 adults.

Article 2
Each tribunal shall be tasked with trying the cases of people accused or denounced as counterrevolutionaries, traitors or saboteurs.

Article 3
Each tribunal shall be empowered to sentence those found guilty with sentences ranging up to the death penalty.

Article 4
Each tribunal shall be composed of five members, each member has to be a registered party member of the Barmenian Social Nationalist Party (BSNP)

Article 5
Members of the Tribunals shall be appointed by the Minister of Justice based on the recommendation of local Party cell chairpersons.

Article 6

The Tribunals shall last until June 4489. The Shophet is entitled to extend their terms if it proves necessary in the struggle against the enemies of the Revolution.
