| Article 1 The Barmenistani Social Nationalist Party (BSNP) is the guardian party of the Social Revolution of 4483. As such its leading role in Barmenistani politics is officially recognised by the legislature. Article 2 It is the only party entitled to the following: - public funding - preference in public employment - permission to have militias of its own. Article 3 The BSNP is entitled to use its militias to prevent the overthrow of the Revolution by domestic and foreign enemies without the authorisation of the Barmenistani state. It shall have complete autonomy on the use of its militias. |
