| Recognizing that the number of cars with fossil fuel is environmentally unsustainable. Knowing that there are other valid alternatives and today commercialized in the confederation Considering that these companies still need a policy of industrial encouragement to expand their production and reach a large market share. 2. The ministry of finance is authorized to carry out tax discounts for both consumption tax and corporation tax on companies that manufacture cars based on environmentally friendly fuels. 3. The Ministry of Industry is authorized to promote through subsidies, non-reimbursable credits and promotion of exports to companies that manufacture cars that use environmentally friendly fuels. |
