| Opening Session of the Second National Transitional Council (제 2 차 국가 이행위원회 개회식) (Sesión de Apertura del Segundo Consejo Nacional de Transición) (Sesiwn Agor yr Ail Gyngor Trosiannol Cenedlaethol) =CONVENED IN IGLESIA MAYOR IN THE JUNE OF YEAR 4492= CITING that the Provisional Constitution of the Transitional State of Dankuk states for a formation of a constitutional committee that shall administer drafting of a New Constitution that shall bear the policies of the Union. CLARIFIYING that administrative changes must go underway and must start on the reconstruction of the nation. THEREFORE the Committee for the Drafting and Promulgation of A New Fundamental Law (CDPNFL) will be created. ARTICLE ONE. Appointment shall be administered jointly by the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Office of the Prime Minister and the Office of the President. The highest appointed bodies shall form the Appointment Council for the Formation of the Committee for the Drafting and Promulgation of A New Fundamental Law (ACF-CDPNFL). ARTICLE TWO. There shall be a Chief Officer of the Committee that shall answer to the National Transitional Council and the Transitional Government in regards to drafting procedures. ARTICLE THREE. The Office of the President, the Office of the Prime Minister and the Speaker Pro-Tempore of the National Transitional Council shall regularly check the progress of the drafting. ARTICLE FOUR.
