The delegates of this Convention propose the following as the replacement of the current Constitution:

Section I: The Shah of Aldegar
Article I - The Shah of Aldegar, hereby the Shah, shall be the Head of State of Aldegar.
Article II - The House of Pesuna shall be the only legitimate ruling house of Aldegar
Article III - The House of Pesuna shall decide on the succession of the Shah.
Article IV - The Shah shall appoint a President of the Senate. The Shah may dismiss a President of the Senate.
Article V - The Shah may dissolve the Senate and call for new elections with the approval of the President of the Senate.

Section II: The Senate
Article I - The Senate shall collectively be regarded as the Head of Government of Aldegar.
Article II - The Senate shall nominate a sitting Senator to be the President of the Senate, hereby referred to as the President, to be the leader of the Senate and be the Senate's representative.
Article III - The Senate shall be the sole legislative body in Aldegar. Legislation must be signed into law by the Shah upon receiving the necessary votes to become law. The Shah may choose to veto legislation, however a veto may be overruled in the Senate with 2/3 support of sitting Senators.
Article IV: The Senate shall serve for a renewable term of 5 years, unless the Senate is dissolved in accordance with Section I, Article V.
Article V: Article V: Impeachment of a Senator shall be on the grounds of abuse of office, treason, or other high crimes. The impeachment trial shall take place in the Senate and shall require a majority approval of sitting Senators.
Article VI: The Senate shall compose of 20 Senators from the 5 Satrapies of Aldegar.

Section III: The Judiciary
Article I: The National Court of Aldegar shall be regarded as the highest court in the land. It shall be the highest level of appeal.
Article II: The National Court of Aldegar shall have constitutional jurisdiction.
Article III: The National Court of Aldegar shall be composed of 7 National Judges who shall serve for life with the exceptions of impeachment, resignation, or death.
Article IV: National Judges shall be nominated by the President, approved by the Senate, and appointed by the Shah.
Article V: Impeachment of a National Judge shall be on the grounds of abuse of office, treason, or other high crimes. The impeachment trial shall take place in the Senate and shall require a 2/3 approval of sitting Senators.

Section IV: The Satrapies
Article I: A Satrap shall be elected from each of the Satrapies to be the Chief Executive of that Satrap. A Satrap shall serve for a renewable 5 year term.
Article II: A Satrap may be dismissed by the President or the Shah, in which case the Senate shall appoint a new Satrap until the next general election. The Senate may also veto a Presidential or Imperial dismissal with a majority vote of affirmation.
Article III: The Satrap of each Satrapy shall be responsible for enforcing national laws and regulations at a local level.

Section V: Ratification
Article I - Ratification requires unanimous approval from the Consultative Assembly and the Shah.

Section VI: Amendments
Article I - Amendments may be made with 2/3 support from the Senate.
