Description[?]:

Members of the Grand Council,

In January 4496 I will stand down as leader of the SKS and also as Prefect of Vanuku. My recommendation for my replacement is Dnkai Könnyrahe, the Baron of Krimek – our current Internal Affairs Minister.
I have also recommended that my son Jebr will be is deputy to provide a continuation of the the strong link between the party and the House of Zhtál-Merlkai.

I now ask you to vote on this transition.

Kspar Nohsrmko Zhtál
Duke of Vrzkel
Prefect of Vanuku
