Decree of the Emperor:

To assure the stability of the Augustan Empire the following non-desirables will be detained for life:
- all people bearing the 'von Thaller/Thaller' name or having a direct family relation to this criminal family.
- all people bearing the 'Fenikso' name or having a direct family relation to this criminal family.

To assure the stability of the Augustan Throne the following non-desirables will be maimed to exclude them from the line of succession:
- all people outside of the current ruling dynasty with a strong or weak claim on the throne (up until the 10th in line)
- Jezkai the Shoe Salesman as per the request of the Emperor (Emperor's note: Jezkai once scam, bad man!! maim!!)
