| SEEING as Deltaria has been overrun by a foreign cartel bent on suppressing the Deltarian, especially the Delic, people; REALIZING that rule by the Von Thallers carries a negative international stigma; BELIEVING that Deltaria should be ruled by Deltarians; HEREBY repeals all previous resolutions (OOC RP or otherwise) of the Reactionary Faction and any other political party, faction, entity, etc. that has had legislative powers in Deltaria's history. |
