| Following Supreme Legionary Leader Ion Mihai Chizânescu's revelation of LNC-sponsored human-chimpanzee hybridization experiments and announcement that LNC funds would be used to pay New Endralonian and Kuzak sperm donors (see here: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=243&start=400#p144309 ), scientists working with the LNC successfully will breed a half-human, half-chimpanzee baby. The baby's father will be an anonymous ethnic New Endralonian man from Endrafold, while the mother will be a chimpanzee named Betty. The hybrid creature will be in the custody of Supreme Legionary Leader Ion Mihai Chizânescu. The creature will be born 12 months after the passage of this bill.
