In order to reap the benefits of gambling but not the downfalls, the possibility of gambling should be left to local governments. If the people want to gamble with their money, they may; if they do not, they won't initiate any gambling casinos. The purpose of our government is to serve our people, so in this instance our people should be allowed to decide. |
