Description[?]:

Projet de loi présenté par la Porte parole du Nouveau Parti Libéral en matière de droits civils : Makoto Darklight

I introduce this bill, in order to present broad workers rights reform to the Socialist republic of Alduria.

As we all know, We all agree that the tools of production should be controled by the Workers. However, that does not mean the workers need the government to constatly check their actions, as the workers are responsible adult, fully capables of defending their own rights themselves if they are given the chance to do so, And we propose to give them the chance.

Article 1 will remove the rights of the employer to fire striking workers. Currently, we demand government permission, but that is sufficient, because the government is everyone's employer in alduria, therefor, if worker's decide to strike, the government is free to fire them.

Article 2 will make the trade union independents from the government. Worker's don't need to have their union run by the government, they must run it themselves. Only have, can we consider that they truly own the means of productions.

Article 3 Will give the rights to strike to all Workers, without exception.

Article 4 will reform the right to strike, to make it so that absent members votes are not counted in the decision to strike or to not strike.

Article 5 will reform the minimal salary, making it a goal, that no one workers should live the poverty line.

Finally, Article 6 will give the right to union, to decide by themselves what kind of shop they want to be, and what should be the rules of the union.

It leaves every man free to choose the work he likes, to specialize in it, to trade his product for the products of others, and to go as far on the road of achievement as his ability and ambition will carry him." - Ayn Rand
