Description[?]:

Article 1
- The Gbara is the supreme governing body in the kingdom. It shall have the exclusive power to amend all laws, appoint and remove a monarch and declare war on enemies at home and abroad.
- The Gbara may only be dissolved upon a vote of its own initiative in which an absolute majority of all members vote in favour.
- The Gbara shall regulate its own procedures and shall be led by a Master elected at the beginning of each session from among its members.

Article 2
- The King shall be the head of state and Great Brave Man (commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces), all his executive powers shall be exercised in cooperation with a Council of Farins (Ministers) led by a Farba (Great Farin)
- The Council shall be responsible to both the King and the Gbara.
- The throne shall be elective, this being a privilege held by the Gbara. The royal household shall be entitled to a fixed annual allowance from state funds.
- A King who violate the Division of Duties or becomes incapacitated may be removed from the throne by a vote of two thirds of all members of the Gbara.

Article 3
The Babban Kotun (High Court) shall serve as the highest court in the Kingdom. Its judges shall be appointed by the Gbara for non-renewable 15 year terms. It shall have a limited power of judicial review concerning only the procedural aspects of lawmaking.

Article 4
There shall be Dyamani (Provinces) which shall be led by Dyamani-tiguis (Provincial Masters) These shall be appointed by the local Gbaras who like the national one, shall have supremacy over all affairs. Below the provinces, there shall be county, city and village/suburb- level administrative structures, all regulated in a manner similar to the national and provincial ones.
