| With the passing of this bill: 1)The government will not be allowed to take loans from majority foreign financial institutions excluding international financial institutions who guarantee independence from a nation 2)The government must guarantee that all loans coming from a foreign power will come through either internationally recognized financial institutions or directly from nation to nation 3)The government must assure that all countries wishing to loan money to the government of Keymon that these loans will have an interest rate of 10% or lower 4)The government guarantees that no domestic financial institutions shall be bought out by foreign financial institutions without the permission of the government of Keymon 5)The government guarantees that domestic financial institutions shall continue to maintain independence from foreign powers 6)The government of Keymon guarantees that no foreign financial institution shall create a monopoly in the Isle of Maddox or any other area under government control |
