| Incest will be deemed as an act of sexual abuse, and therefore perpetrators will be criminalized. Pregnancies as a result of incest will seek that perpetrators be criminalized at a greater extent than those without pregnancies. The victims/survivors and the birthed child will be provided with the necessary support (e.g., medical, psychological, developmental, etc.). |
