To ensure that our nation’s children grow up in a morally just society, nudity on broadcast, cable, and satellite television (does not include streaming services) is prohibited. Public indecency laws are strengthened to include all sexually implicit acts, including public nudity and sexually suggestive gestures. Also, in accordance with existing sodomy laws, the government’s existing policy on interracial sexual intercourse is modified to protect individuals engaging only in heterosexual interracial acts, and interracial sodomy is outlawed. |
