| Passed here http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=595625 Amendment here Can be deleted or modified with a simple majority Announce admins on forum for deletion of this bill if majority is achieved against this Because of the approved protocols by the new dictatorial government, by HSP, this bill is binding: Proposal 1 The state will have permission to install an apartheid Proposal 2 The apartheid will be based on gender identity and sexuality Proposal 3 The state hold all the rights to use whatever it is needed to maintain the apartheid Proposal 4 The apartheid will recognize male homosexuals as superior sexuality based on the ideals of Gay Liberation Movement Proposal 5 The class division should be next: First-class Male homosexuals, with slightly more privileges than normal males Second-class Male who are heterosexuals, normal privileges and rights Third-class Women, no matter of sexuality are enslaved by the state with no rights Fourth-class Transgenders, other sexualities and genders shall be prosecuted Proposal 6 Gay males and normal males shall have basic human rights to education, healthcare, vote etc. while gay males have a slight advantage and a positive discrimination Proposal 7 All documents regarding sexuality shall express appreciation for superior sexuality Proposal 8 Slavery will be legalized as punishment, females will be automatically punished Proposal 9 Slaves should be ensure minimal conditions and to be not tortured, executed or put in bad situations without government policy agreeing on it Proposal 10 All religions should be complied with this new ideology Proposal 11 Conversion therapy and other gay-exclusive institutions shall be banned Old proposals: Proposal 1 Gays should be named superior sexuality Proposal 2 Based on sexual theories of scientists of proving homosexuality an adaptation to natural conditions we urge to make homosexual superior race Proposal 3 An apartheid on sexuality and sex should be imposed, the rights of the people vary from best rights given to homosexuals men, then heterosexual men, then homosexual women and heterosexuals women, any other sexuality or third-gender is not recognized and harshly persecuted. Proposal 4 Through apartheid, the state should give advantages to homosexual people, but not prosecute those who are not, except for breaking strict rules Proposal 5 With this, all anti-homosexual documents, news and anything is burned, restricted and harsh punishments for those who disregard national laws Proposal 6 Conversion Therapy is banned Proposal 7 Violent acts are encouraged and legal for homosexual or anyone against homophobes and other people deemed not aligning with HSP ideology of superior sexuality Proposal 8 Hosianism and all religions shall be in compliance with superior sexuality and propaganda accepted by HSP Proposal 9 A national curriculum adapted to homosexual agenda should be instated Proposal 10 Affirmative action should be imposed in industry and other sectors to ensure gay people have the first chance, but still keep merit Proposal 11 Government should reflect homosexual agenda, homosexual can take only prestigious positions in society and the state should reflect gay values Proposal 12 All citizen lives should be viewed, except officials and privileged members of the society Proposal 13 The state has the right to take actions deemed in the interest of homosexual at the expense of the rest |
