Article I, Section A - Establishes the Royal Council to assist the monarch in matters of state, religion and noble affairs. The composition of the Royal Council will be at the behest of the reigning monarch of Endralon; Article II, Section A - Empowers the reigning monarch to create peerage at their will. All members of the Royal Armed Forces who obtain a commission as an Officer in the Royal Armed Forces will be granted a title of nobility by the Royal Council. |
