| The RSP wishes to introduce the following bill to clarify the difference between "State" properties in Revolutionary Dorvik: -=SYNDICATE PROPERTY: Revolutionary Dorvik recognizes the existence of Syndicate Property, which includes everything owned by Democratic Workers' Councils. This property is organized and owned by a Syndicate, a Trade Union or a Cooperative, and the Trade Union Congress has no ownership unless said group wishes to give a fraction or the entirety of ownership to it. As most Syndicate Property is owned solely by the workers, it has the right to sell, merge or disband itself to either other trade unions or the TUC and production is entirely decided by members of the syndicate. EXAMPLES: Factories, Service Companies. -=PUBLIC PROPERTY: Revolutionary Dorvik also recognizes the existence of Public Property, which includes everything owned or partially owned by the Trade Union Congress and administrated by it. Public Property is tied to the current administration of Revolutionary Dorvik and to the Dorvish people themselves, as Public Property is also owned by citizens. Dorvish citizens have a say in how Public Property is organized and administrated, and have the right to use or enjoy Public Property. EXAMPLES: Dorvish Military, Dorvish Administration, Public Parks, etc ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________ State Property and Private Property either exists as Public Property under ownership of the TUC or was given back to democratically-led workers' syndicates, and the Dorvish government does not recognize either as existant in Dorvik. |
