Description[?]:

An act regulating voting privileges in national elections.

Article 1
Patricians only are allowed to vote in Great Council elections and hold public office.

Article 2
For the purposes of this Act, a patrician shall be defined as any one of the following:

- a person descended from a family which holds registered patrician or noble status.
- a person who is a net contributor to the public treasury.
- a naturalised citizen who is a member of his country of origin's nobility or patriciate.

Article 3
The Great Council may at any time and at its discretion, grant patrician status on any individual who applies via petition

Article 4
Violation of this Act shall incur a penalty of no less than three years imprisonment or a fine of 100,000 PON
