Description[?]:

Members of Congress, People of Trigunia,

Today, the transition agenda of the economy starts officially. This is an important part of our agenda the electorate voted for. Transforming the current economy to a free and international open market is a major goal of this Government.

To end state ownership and to allow private ownership will be the responsibility of the Ministry of Trade and Industry. The state will sell its companies step by step in a fair and ordely manner. The Ministry of Finance will overlook the transactions involved to counter corruption and fraud.

Boris Rasusikov

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action.

Random quote: "The superior man, when resting in safety, does not forget that danger may come. When in a state of security he does not forget the possibility of ruin. When all is orderly, he does not forget that disorder may come. Thus his person is not endangered, and his States and all their clans are preserved." - Confucius
