| We believe that our nation requires a nationally run radio station which can be used to broadcast news, weather updates as well as serve as a national emergency broadcasting system (NEBS) in the events of national disaster or conflict to provide survival advice as well as critical information. We propose the following regulations for the new radio system: 1.) The station must be ran by a trust that is impartial to whichever government is currently in power, this is to provide impartial news without political interference. 2.) The station will provide news at 6AM, 9AM, 12PM, 3PM, 6PM and 12AM unless there is an emergency in effect or national crisis which must be reported upon. 3.) In the event of an emergency, national disaster or war a pre-recorded broadcast will run 24 hours each day until such a time that is deemed no longer required. |
