Description[?]:
Representatives of Istalia, it's for me impossible to remain silent before the large demonstrations which are interesting all our major cities, and it is form impossible to ignore for what they are demostrating. In fact, the political and civil rights and freedoms can be easily bent and also crushed by economic divide, by absence of veritable equal opportunity, by economic exploitations, and so on. For this reason, after consultation with some of my ministers, I decided to prepare this Ddl to introduce measures to protect the workers' rights, dignity and social security, as well as to introduce measures to persue the path of a real Social Justice in Istalia. Furthermore, to better protect our workers, it is my intention to launch the work on the Workers' Statute, which will collect all the legislation and rules of Labour Law and will re-organize and update all the matter. It is my desire that the Workers' Statute will become foundamental law of the country alongside the Constitution and all the Constitutional Laws. Thank you General Michele Appiano De Borromei, Head of State of Istalia |
