The Government of Hobrazia can announce today, our intention to develop Ballistic weaponry After meetings with the Ministers of Finance, Defence and Infrastructure, we can confirm to the rest of the party, Hobrazias financial ability and technological potential to begin our new nuclear weapons program. - We can confirm that the totally government lead group of scientists involved, have stated that if estimated progress is made, we will have successfully tested our first ballistic technologies in the year 4563. - Along with the ballistics, the Hobrazia Ballistics Program will also be refining and developing intercontinental Missiles. We hope to have tested the first of these by 4563. COSTS; - Minister o Fiance, has confirmed that an initial cost of 90 Billion HCR has been spent by the supreme government This has come from the surplus gained by the tax reforms of the supreme governments first administration. - An additional cost of 50 Billion per annum has been pledged to be invested into the Hobrazia Ballistics Program. These weapons will be used by hobrazia in accordance with our own laws. These weapons shall be developed with the aim of providing the upmost defence for our national security and act as a deterrence against the rest of the world. |
