The innauguration of the new National Library of Romula (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=4118&start=1240#p148530) is incoming and as symbol of the rainessance of Istalia, its culture and its values and noble principles, the majority wants to propose to name the library to the one who allowed all this and who with strength, resolution and determination is guiding the country along the path of greatness and prosperity, that is, ofcourse, the Head of State Michele Appiano De Borromei.

Approving this resolution, the Congress decrees taht the new seat of the National Library will be named:

"Michele Appiano De Borromei National Library of Istalia".
