Bill: Criminal Justice Act: Privacy Rights

Details

Submitted by[?]: Ducal Delegation

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 2206

Description[?]:

Our police will never be able to arrest many criminals if they are not allowed to search people's personal effects where they have a more than reasonable justification to do so. The current legislation is absurd and encourages lawlessness. The people of Aldegar want their Grand Councillors to take action!

Random fact: "Game mechanics comes first." For example, if a currently-enforced bill sets out one law, then a player cannot claim the government has set out a contradictory law.

Random quote: "Global warming is indeed a scam, perpetrated by scientists with vested interests, but in need of crash courses in geology, logic and the philosophy of science." - Dr. Martin Keeley
