| Members of the Grand Council, It is with great sadness that I must announce that my mother Queen Agzé has suffered a paralysing stroke and is unfit to continue with her duties on behalf of the state. The Queen, who is now 76 will, through the passing of this constitutional bill, transfer her day-to-day duties as head of state to her first son and heir - His Royal Highness Crown Prince Temrkai-Sigzma, Archduke of Banstill, Duke of Havendam and Patriarch of the cadet branch of Banmek-Sntazed-Zhtál.
