Bill: Pdl 02/4577 - Reform of the Blasphemy matter
Details
Submitted by[?]: Alleanza Nazionale
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 4578
Description[?]:
Mr Speaker, we cannot criminally punish someone for blasphemy when not us, not the Government, not the State determine what is blasphemy, which is something, actually, determined by this or that religion or, even, by this or that faithful and believer which virtually would be able to denounce virtually anyone for blasphemy and... how our justice courts could be able to determine if this is true or not? What for one person is blasphemy, for others not and vice versa. What disturbs "emotionally" and "religiously" a person cannot be universally and generally decreed by the State! For this reason we must change this unfair and unjust law. Thank you - Mina Verdiani, Libertarian group of the ANI |
