Bill: Pdl 03/4578 - Reform on the Jury Duty

Details

Submitted by[?]: Alleanza Nazionale

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 4578

Description[?]:

Mr Speaker,
collegues, in our nation exists a national system of courts and the justice is provided by the National Judiciary and is not demanded to local legal and judiciary system.
For this reason we think that if there are national courts, the local governments cannot determine different Jury Duty regulations.
It is for this reason that we propose to change the law on the matter.

Thank you
