| Mr Speaker, Since the middle of the century, Istalia for its safety and security adopted a very restrictive policies about immigration, diplomatic relations and borders' control. Istalia retook its destiny in its hands, so now, we should be more open and less suspicious, to promote friendly relations abroad.
