| With the passing of the Metamorphosis Act, and with the oncoming name-change bill, there are some new rulers in regards to the Jakanian governance system. The Intercommunal Council: The Intercommunal Council is the National Assembly of the United Communes of Jakania. 750 representatives elected directly by the citizens will not always actively participate buut in fact randomly and equally rotated on pre-determined terms, in order to prevent any person from consolidating power. The Intercommunal Spokesperson: Previously the President, should no longer hold any real power but only the duty to represent the United Communes on the international scale. The Intercommunal Moderator: Previously the Prime Minister, should no longer hold any real power, but only moderate the flow of debate and of power in the Intercommunal Council. |
