| Our neighbours the United Majatran Republic of Kafuristan look set to legalise slavery! See the bill at http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=59744 Solentia has recently thrown off the disgrace of slavery and embraced universal freedom. We should be deeply concerned about this development and should make our objections heard to our backwards neighbour. We propose that the parliament of the Solentian Republic pass a resolution stating that: "Any move to legalise slavery in the United Majatran Republic of Kafuristan is a deplorable occurance and the Solentian Republic condemns it totally. We urge the United Majatran Republic of Kafuristan to reverse or halt any such change in their legislation in order to maintain good relations with us. The Solentian Republic reserves the right to employ sanctions against the United Majatran Republic of Kafuristan if slavery is legal there. The form of any such sanctions shall be decided by normal parliamentary procedure in Solentia." |
