| SKALM, 29th of the Month of June of the 4598th Year of the LORD In order to protect the people of the Kazulian Democratic Republic, the Statsråd of the KDR has determined that measures are necessary to enforce the ability of the National Purity Congress to conduct governmental activities without any hindrance from anti-citizens, terrorists, revolutionaries, globalist spies and other enemies of the state. Therefore, the National Purity Congress and the Ministry of National Security have decided to enact a lawful ban on all false ideologies and organizations perpetrating them, especially in cooperation with the leftist globalist scourge which Kazulia only recently could free itself from. The Law for the Preservation of National Security therefore entails: § 1. All political parties other than the National Purity Congress are banned and immediately dissolved upon the enaction of this law. § 2. All organizations, fraternities and interest groups not authorized and subordinate to the National Purity Congress of the Kazulian Democratic Republic are banned and immediately dissolved upon the enaction of this law. § 3. All organizations, fraternities and interest groups deemed in cooperation with malicious foreign powers are banned and immediately dissolved upon the enaction of this law. § 4. All organizations, fraternities and interest groups deemed in contradiction of the righteous ideology of National Collectivism are banned and immediately dissolved upon the enaction of this law. § 5. All organizations, fraternities and interest groups otherwise deemed as a threat to the national security of the Kazulian Democratic Republic are banned and immediately dissolved upon the enaction of this law. The Ministry of National Security determines what constitutes a "threat to the national security". § 6. The following punishments shall be enacted for violations to this law: (1) Any persons found to create or operate organizations, fraternities and interest groups illegal according to this law or hold positions of command or other significant prominence and responsibility are mandatorily punished by death. (2) Any persons found to be members of or otherwise align themselves to, sympathize with, support and assist organizations, fraternities and interest groups illegal according to this law without qualifying for (1) are punished by death, or, in cases of lesser weight or cooperation with the investigating body, by amputation of at least one arm and one leg and life imprisonment in a labor camp. --- SIGNED, His Excellency, the Glorious and Honourable President of the Kazulian Democratic Republic Beloved Leader of the Kazulian People High Marshal Theodor Lynden FRANKENSTEIN |
