Description[?]:

The State Church of Telamon shall hereby be the "Sjálfstæð játningarkirkja Tælmörk" (Independent Confessing Church of Telamon) or SJK.

Article I: The Church is independent of State control but serves as a symbol of Telamon stating in its motto: "Telamon is and shall remain an Independent Confessing and Luthorian Nation under the auspice of God."

Article II: All Independent Confessing and Luthorian churches found throughout the defined borders of Telamon, or found under the control of ethnic Telamoner outside of the Nation, have the opportunity and ability to enter the organization if it meets the following criteria:
- It must be Independent Confessing and Luthorian, denying the authority and spirituality of the Patriarch of any Patriarchal Churches, papalism, and the idolatry of Saints.
- It must revere the Testaments of the Holy Scripture, witness them as the sole word of God, and view their words as the ultimate authority of Hosianism.

Article III: The Church is intended to act primarily as a symbol of the nation, and a statement of Independent Confessing and Luthorian faith. It must not act nor be perceived as a restrictive body determining a rigid and proper religious doctrine; only the Word of God found within the Testaments of the Holy Scriptures can create such a doctrine.

Therefore, each individual church hereby possess a certain degree of autonomy to determine their own right and proper doctrine. As such, it allows the differing churches to exist within it, making their own doctrinal decisions regarding issues, which include but are not limited to, the true Nature of Eliyahu, the Spirit of God, Original Sin, Predestination, Marriage, Divorce, and women ministers.

Article IV: The Church is hereby run by the "almennt synod" (General Synod) with an elected Archbishop. The Synod, which shall meet annually and be made up of all the elected deputies of the individual dioceses, shall hereby elect the Synod and the head; who shall hereby be appointed formally by the legislature of Telamon upon the recommendation of the Synod.

Article V: The work and purpose of the Synod shall be chosen by the "Ríkisþingið" (State Assembly), or subsequent legislature, when in session, as it may vary depending on the climate and situations of the country at large.

Article VI: Membership and participation of the individual in the Church, which is of Independent Confessing and Luthorian practice, is completely voluntary and the rights of all the people of Telamon to worship their own religion, within the confines of national and regional laws, shall not be infringed.

Random fact: The people in your nation don't like inactive parties. When you often abstain from voting for a bill, they will dislike your party and your visibility to the electorate will decrease significantly. Low visibility will means you are likely to lose seats. So keep in mind: voting Yes or No is always better than Abstaining.

Random quote: "What difference does it make to the dead, the orphans, and the homeless, whether the mad destruction is wrought under the name of totalitarianism or the holy name of liberty and democracy?" - Mahatma Gandhi.
