The Baltusian Conservative Party,


Honoring the significant contributions of the late former president, Graham Head in making Baltusia great;

Recalling the big role he played in maintaining peace, order, and prosperity of the country;

Remembering how he strongly advocated for better welfare, more benefits, and protection for the Baltusian people;

Knowing that he was one of our greatest presidents in the history of Baltusia and that his memory will remain forever in history and in the hearts of the Baltusian people;

Proposes to:

1. Rename the Clifton International Airport in the state of Clifton into Graham Head International Airport in his honor.

2. Erect a statue in his honor, commissioned by the Parliament, in the National Mall.

3. Commission a commemoration portrait for him which will be displayed in the National Gallery.
