Bill: RP: Marriage of Great Prince and Tsar Androniki!

Details

Submitted by[?]: 17 Marta Komitet (17MK)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 4616

Description[?]:

"Great Prince and Tsar Androniki announced he will marry Grand Duchess Olga Perezhogin, one of the former ruling families of the various Trigunia monarchical states. The two will combine houses and form the house of Kharzin-Perezhogin which will unite the two families. This move was widely seen as a means for the Kharzin family to solidify its control over the nobility in Trigunia. It is likely that the Kharzin family will seek to expand its influence into the Hulstro-Trigunians, who are making a bid for more and more prominence in Trigunian politics."

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.
