Therefore, I place before this parliament of the United Stares of Baltudia a motion for making our diverse and multicultural nation CULTURALLY OPEN. Not enforcing any cultural protocols and allowing all citizens and people in Baltusia to have any culture they wish. I place this motion before Parliament. |
