| The passing of this Bill shall see the creation of the Universal Healthcare Programme (UHP). The UHP shall deliver Government-funded medical and health care services that everyone living in the Saridan access use without being asked to pay directly for the full cost of the service. Funding shall be delivered through taxation measures. |
