§1. The following Acts are, in their entirety, hereby decleared illegal and null and void: - Canrillaise Language Act - Undesirables Act - Canrillaise Immigration Act §2. a. All citizenships granted under the provisions of the 'Canrillaise Immigration Act' are hereby revoked. §3. a. Anyone deprived of property as a result of the 'Undesirables Act' shall have his/her property returned in full, whether it be in possession of the State or in that of any private citizen, individual, corporation or other legal entity whatsoever. b. No transfer of property resulting from the 'Undesirables Act' is recognized as lawful. c. If it is not possible to return said property, be it by reason of its having been destroyed, sent abroad or otherwise irrevocably lost, the lawful proprietor shall have the right of compensation from the individual(s) or entity/entities who came into possession of said property, according to the value of said property. d. Special courts, known as 'Restitution Courts', shall be established to enforce articles a and c above, as well as for the purpose of settling any disputes arising from the same or from article b above. There shall be a minimum of five courts per Imperial Province or its equivalent. e. In addition to the Restitution Courts, there shall be in each Imperial Province or its equivalent a further minimum of three courts of appeal, known as 'Restitution Appeal Courts', to which the decisions of the Restitution Courts can be appealed. |
