| Upon the passing of this bill the folllowing provisions will be enacted: Article 1 -Parties adhering to Socialist, Communist, Republican or other anti-monarchist ideologies are from this day onward banned from forming or operating in any way Article 2 -Any state agency has the right to act upon suspicions of Socialist, Communist, Republican or anti-monarchist activity and may do what is necessary to protect the state from these dangers Article 3 -The Czar or Czarina is hereby recognized as the sole executive and absolute ruler of Deltaria, mandated by god to rule over its people and given all powers of state. The Czar or Czarina is the sole leader of the country, standing above the Imperial Viceroy and his cabinet as well as any other within any layer of the deltarian state |
