| This bill upon passing will create an official and governmental Human Rights Agency. There will be non-partisan professors, diplomats, and others in the agency, determining the state of human rights home and abroad. Every party which has more than 25 seats will be able to appoint one representative to the Higher Council. The higher will be composed of representatives of parties and other agency member and it will approve the findings of the agency. The Foreign Affairs and Defence ministries will obtain their information from the agency. |
