I, Minister of Finance Klara Lichtenfels, hereby introduce the following appropriations bill to make full use of our budget surplus. Specifically, we will be increasing the readiness of our armed forces (despite the ongoing withdrawal from Suyu Llaqta), promoting justice programs to ensure our communities are protected and our laws are upheld, investing heavily in health and social services, and putting some money into science and technology so that our R&D doesn't fall behind.

We've been sitting on a large surplus for many years now, and it is time that we use that surplus to benefit all Dorvish people!
