Bill: Budget proposal of February 4628

Details

Submitted by[?]: Libertärer Kommunist Partei

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: November 4629

Description[?]:

The Libertärer Kommunist Partei propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Metzistische Republik Dundorf (Metzist Republic of Dundorf).

Upon the passing of the income tax bill, we noted that our math was, to put it bluntly, off. We are now in a massive surplus of over 100 billion marks, and while we do not wish to completely end the surplus, we believe that such a surplus should, at the very least, go towards the people. In addition to giving the military a massive funding boost, just enough to keep our country safe without coming off as hawkish, we also move to increase some funding in other areas.
