This reform will ensure a strong, stable, prosperous and fair economy. The most important crops shoul be produced by publicly owned farms because the people know best what the people want. And the state will subsidise them to ensure economical strength and growth. And the usage of chemicals should be regulated to ensure wealthy food for the people.
