| Upon the passing of this bill the following articles and provisions will be enacted: 1. The president has the right to disband parliament (call early elections which every party needs to adhere to) 2. The president has the right to appoint the judges in the highest court of the land 3. The president is the official HoS of the country, serving as its figurehead and attending international meetings, state visits, trade delegations etc. OOC: Presidential Disbanding of the legislature (early elections) needs to be done with the following template: "Presidential Decree on the disbanding of the Confederate Parliament (date)" |
