| This bill proposes to prohibit smoking in all places of employment, helping to reduce second-hand smoking and giving workers and patrons alike a safer breathing environment. As a society, we must work diligently to discourage smoking and prevent cancer. We see no reason why places that serve alcohol should be exempt from ensuring a clean breathable space. |
