1. The Kingdom of Kizenia and New Endralon will be divided into 5 regions, these regions are primarily for development purposes and economic development. The regions will not possess any executive or legislative function. 2. Beneath the 5 regions will be an administrative division known as "County" (Kizenian: județ) each administered by an elected President. The legislative functions will be carried out by respective County Councils (Kizenian: Consiliul Județean) which are comprised of 50 members. 3. Underneath the counties will be any number of cities, villages and towns which will be operated by mayor-council systems. |
