For this reason, we ask the parties of the Assembly to approve this Treaty Withdrawal, regardless of our ideology regarding the Monarchy: the permanence in this Treaty prevents and restricts the basic freedoms of the right to disagree on the Chief of the State, and shields and makes any change impossible. |
