| People of Mordusia, Honorable Members of the Senate, The Empire has lost power. Where it most lost is at it's own border. We cannot permit dangerous Mordusians from leaving the country. Those who do nothing wrong shall receive their passport, those who go against the law lose their privileges, including leaving the country. At the same time the threat is external. We cannot permit all type of refugees from entering our nation. They will use our resources, take our jobs, bring in drugs. We shall have strict border control to defend our men, women and children. We are open to debate. |
